Episode 4, Ryan Atwood

The bedroom is so big and beautiful. Seth’s mother, named Kristen, prepared my bed and I think she was worried because she wanted me to not need anything. Kristen invited me to a ball, named Cotillion, but I think maybe I should skip it. She insisted and she wanted to go buy a new tuxedo for me. She said that it would be funny.

I went to the preparations for the ball with Seth and Kristen. I saw Marissa Cooper. The last time I saw her, I was in trouble with her boyfriend, named Luke, because he was jealous. I didn’t know if I could talk to her. I was shy and I didn’t want to cause other problems. She said ‘’ Hey, now we can be friends, right.’’ At this time, I didn’t know what to say. I was going to Marissa’s house because I wanted to talk to her about Cotillion. No, this is what I said to her but for real, I just wanted to see this pretty girl. So, I said ’’ What time did you want me to be there?’’

On the same day, Seth and I were going to Marissa’s dance lessons. I was stressed because I really don’t dance. Finally, I thought I was not going because I thought it was not really for me and I didn’t really fit. Marissa came to my house. I didn’t understand why she wasn’t at the Cotillion. She asked me to go with her but I didn’t think that it was a good idea because her boyfriend was over there. So, we were going together and when Marissa and I arrived, Luke was furious, broke up with her, and left.

The story

Ryan Atwood was a young boy who once lived in Chino with his mother. His brother and he were arrested because they have stole a car. His lawyer was Sandy Cohen, a father of a rich family who lives in Orange County, in California. So, Ryan had to pay the consequences for his act. More than that, his mother was alcoholic and she didn’t care about Ryan. Temporarily, Ryan moved in with the Cohen’s, he was living in the guest room. In the three first episodes, you can see instantaneously a relationship between Ryan and Seth. Moreover, Ryan met Marissa, the Cohens’ neighbour. Ryan and Seth went to a party and they fought with some arrogant guys. Seth’s mother, Kristen, disagreed to keep Ryan in under their roof because of the possible bad influence he could have on her son. When Ryan returned to his old house, he found out that no one was in there. Finally, the Cohen’ family accepted to keep Ryan. A short time later, Ryan and Marissa developed a friendship and Seth fell in love with Summer, Marissa’s best friend. A new life began for Ryan in the Cohen’s family. A lot of events happened and the characters met new people all the way through the four seasons of The O.C...

The TV show that I will present is The OC. This TV Show is create in the USA by Josh Schwartz and there is 4 seasons. Adam Jared Brody, Ben McKenzie, Mischa Barton and Rachel Bilson are the principal actors in this show. In general, the story revolves around these 4 people. The episode takes place in Orange County (The OC is for Orange County). I chose this TV program because I watched the 4 seasons this summer. You can watch this show actuelly in French on Vrak TV. The story are credible, original and amazing. They are connection and feelings between different characters. Also, I chose the OC because I want to make you discover this captiving TV show.
